One furnished bathroom is on the main floor. It features bathtub with shower and extra cabinet space behind the door. There is a second bathroom located in the basement.

Washer and dryer included in the basement of this home. The basement is unfurnished but may be used for storage.

The rental includes one parking space behind the home. Tenants and guests are also free to park anywhere on the street.

This home is located off south Washington Street and is minutes from downtown, the Kirkwood Mall, the Bismarck Event Center, hospitals, Sertoma Park, and more.

We currently offer stays for a minimum of 30 days. Furnishings include a couch, table, chairs, beds, bedding, appliances, cookware, televisions, towels, patio furniture, decor, and WiFi. We allow small dogs for an additional deposit/fee.
